CROSSING ETIQUETTE — RULES & GUIDELINES.

These guidelines exist to ensure every crossing is handled with care, clarity, and mutual respect. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

  1. The High Tides is a safe and welcoming space for the LGBTQIA+ community. All genders and sexualities are respected here, and any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
  2. Roland is available from 07.00–22.00 (GMT+7). He also works full-time during the day, thus responses may take a while. If you haven’t heard back within 1 (one) hour, or if you’d like to make a reservation outside of his working hours, you may contact Ethan.
  3. The High Tides only accept reservations from **BA, CA, FA, or Unlabeled accounts—**as long as no personal faces are shown. You may lock your account during the session if you wish, as long as it was public when the booking was made.
  4. Make sure to read and understand The Tides’ personal regulations before making any bookings.
  5. Prior to the session, payment must be made in advance to avoid hit & run. Once your form has been accepted, Roland will send you an invoice with payment details.
  6. Guests are given 1×24 hours to complete the form, and another 1x24 hours to pay after receiving the invoice. If this isn’t possible, let Roland know ahead of time so it can be discussed.
  7. In the case of cancellation, refunds are not feasible; however, you may request a reschedule up to three (3) days before the session begins.
  8. The High Tides respects your comfort and privacy the most, and we expect the same from you. You’re welcome to share photos or videos of food or your surroundings, but don’t send anything that includes your personal information (e.g. face, name, specific location). Should there be any issues or questions, please contact Roland through Telegram.
  9. By sending a reservation format, you agree to the Crossing Etiquette of The High Tides. If these are violated during the session, we reserve the right to end it early and blacklist you from making future reservations.
